Web Mapping
Web mapping allows access to a lot of geospatial data, curated for the end-users. It fosters collaboration as an unlimited number of users can use the map at the same time.
MAGIC are currently reviewing and updating our web-mapping platforms for Operations. The plan is to move OperationsGIS to Esri, so it will look and feel like the ADD (https://add.scar.org/)
At BAS, we use bespoke web-maps to show season-specific data in Operations GIS. This web-map is kept up to date with the latest-available data, sourced from Operations.
It also has a number of tools that have been built to support your work.
